Queries on Medical Exam

Mine is paper based application and linked it. I had done my e-medical and was told the panel physician will submit it. So, how can we know that medical reports has been submitted???

I did an upfront medical and uploaded the emedical sheet with my online application as a proof that I have done my medical. The application was submitted on 28th of August.
On the 26th of October, I saw that the Review of medical results has changed to 'We are reviewing the results of your medical exam'
By the following day, 27th Oct., I received a medical request. I am confused. Any guide will be appreciated.

Sorry, I am not quiet sure about this since I did my medical after it was requested. But did you do your medical from panel physician which they have listed??? Because panel physician will submit our emedical reports. I guess you can ask them to submit your reports.
I did the test in a listed physician and I have confirmed from the physician that they sent the results 2 days after the test.
