I am from Algeria ready to sponsor my wife who is currently in algeria.
I have a job offer from montreal; and I am currently in Toronto doing uber eats.

what would you suggest I do; I would like to apply for the sponsorship of my wife where it would be faster; your suggestions are appreciated.

Applying from Ontario will be faster. If you move to Quebec, you'll need to go through the CSQ step.

Do you know someone in toronto or ottawa who apply in ? i know in Quebec it take like 8 months but here i don't know

It is likely to take much longer than 8 months at the moment in both Quebec and Ontario. 8 months processing time in Quebec is very unusual even before covid.

Quebec application was about 2 to 3 months longer pre-COVID. Now you may looking for even longer delay.
Quebec app don't need the tax return documents if that matter to you.
If you find a good job in Montreal, then go for it.

How about the ontario procedure? i need to compare both side to choose the right one. Québec i have some informations but here in toronto not too much.
