Hello all,
Regarding Quebec immigration, several French test results are accepted: TCF, TEF, DELF, DALF, etc.
Yet on the national immigration level, only TEF is accepted.
I understand that 2 levels of immigration (Quebec and national) is needed for a permit. Does it mean if I take TCF Quebec, that result is not accepted on the national immigration level? Or once the language requirement at Quebec level is cleared, national immigration will see it as a pass? Do I have to take exactly TEF to be accepted at both levels of immigration?
it appears to me language tests are only mentioned in permanent residency programs (such as FSW). How about for application of Temporary Work Permit, do we have to take language tests as well? If yes, same question as above, is TEF my only choice?
Thank you!
