Quebec Temporary work permit to bring family or not

Hi,

About me:

I am about 37 yrs of age and from Pakistan.
I was hired by a company in Quebec and they gave gave me offer of employment. My designation is developer (Computer Programmer). My degree is of BS Telecommunications engineering.

The process so far
They assigned me a lawyer and I recently got LMIA and CAQ. This process took 8 months

Now regarding the work permit

Considering the process is lengthy, which is the best approach

• Which path is better (e.g. more safe, reliable and faster)
  1. Submitting my family’s application along with mine ( as a random Pakistani told me that your application might be weak when family members are included)
  2. Or Submitting my family application after arriving there
