Quebec SKW Middle East Applicant 2011 through Damascus Office

So finally quebec contacted through mail for additional docs.
I haven't gone through the list of docs properly.
The mail was in junk folder so I would advise all to check that too.
So guys what you think whats next after doc submission.

well it seems that the mail is divided into two parts.

schedule A. Documents Required
1. Resident Visa copy
2. Education certificates. something saying with certified..... it should be quebec recognised(any idea?) I am an IT guy.
3. Work experience for last five years.
4. pay slips for last 3 months.


then annex B. update file.
which includes all above plus french language certificates or change in family status or any other change etc.


Anyone else asked to send these docs again as i already send them initially.
tcfq results also sent back in 2012. after that no test taken and no change in status in anyway.

i dont have a file number just reference individual.

there was someone from jordan jan 2011 applicant w/o file number. his id was zein i guess. he was also asked for additional docs. anyone knows what was that?

Thank you for sharing this information.

they are working on the slow motion as usual and nobody think that if we go there it will be better, not at all worst all need a patient people.
it's time to move their asses and to start finalize the applications since lot of people are waiting and a lot there are changing their plans due to that.
I knew some people who applied for Quebec and later on they applied to Australia, they land in Australia while CSQ is not yet received.
We can’t do anything except waiting.
We are eligible to immigrate to Australia but first I don’t like the country and second my daughters are going to a French school which I choose it due to the immigration plan.

What a shame.

I hope for Middleeast applicants the second stage process ie the federal part takes place in Abudhabi which has a longer processing time of 36 months.Am doing ground research work as I am moving to Dubai shortly...

My concern is for each point is the following:

- I live in Qatar since sepmtember 2008. the RP in qatar is renewed on yearly basis. Quebec office is asking for VALID rp with validity no less that one year.
Here, shall i send the old one of 2013 and the acutal one which will expire in september 2014 ?

In qatar, there is no such proof, we all get a net salary transferred to our bank account. all we can get upon request is pay slip.
Please advise if any official document can be issued bu the athority showing that qatar worker are exempt from income and social taxes.

I think you should send the RD that way and most importantly write a note explaining it to them

So in Qatar there are social contributions for workers?
Or any tax related to your work where it can be traceable where and when you worked?
If so mention in it in your explanatory note with any documents that can substitute it

Sorry to tell you no idea, no history no statistic can be applied. I'm may 2011 applicant and AOR received on Aug 2011 and I didn't receive anything. Leg us wait notjing more to do. At the end they will give us either CSQ or rejection.
BTW what is your file number and which BIQ?
