according to immigration website process time of quebec immigration is 6 month from india..is that right ??
how much time ll take to gt CSQ ?
if i ll sponsor to my spouse from canada after p.r then how much time ll take???
plzzzzzzzzz replyyy
These days, its takes around 1 yr to get the CSQ interview. once you get the CSQ another 6 months at the fed stage is the rough estimate.

after u get ur pr and get married, you can sponsor in the family stream. not sure abt the time, but i hear that takes abt 1.5 yrs.

The only French certification provided by the Alliance Francaise in my country is DELF. So for QSW I would like to the exact points that I would be getting for various levels. Please advise me whether the assumption below is correct:
DELF A1 - Low Beginner
A2 - High Beginner
B1 - Low Intermediate
B2 - High Intermediate
C1 - Advanced

No, it wont affect your application for quebec.
secondly according to david cohen and quebec offical website i qualify for the skilled class but do i have to learn french mendotary?
its not mentioned anywhere that it is mandatory to qualify. but there is a document that you sign stating that you will learn french and you will reside in quebec.french will give you a lot of points, plus its a francophone society, you cant get far without some french.
as i mention in the assessment of offical quebec website that the level i 0 however i did IELTS and the band is 7 but do they need ielts and what about french?
proof of language proficiency has to be attached. either at the time of applying, or at sometime later before the interview. IELTS is the recommended test. but there is also a workout in the form of a letter from the unversity&workplace that all your education&work was in english.
or once i land in quebec then i need to learn french? my FSW 2 application is under review as filed by me, does it make any effect? you answer will be higly appreciated!
you can have parallel applications running at the same time. but can accept only 1 finally. there is something about it mentioned by anotehr member, dont remember the exact details clearly.

Re: Quebec Skilled Workers-Police clearance

Hello,

I have finished my Quebec PR aplication and it is ready for submission. I haven't received my Police Clearance Certificates yet!

In application they have mentioned that I can submit police clearance certificate even after submission.

I am resident of Ireland and I will be submitting my application to France embassy, do I get any acknowledgement after submitting my application so that, I can send my police clearance certificates later when I receive them? How old Police clearance certificates do they accept for processing?

I will appreciate your answers regarding the same.

Thank you.

Re: Quebec Skilled Workers-Police clearance

hi kishorej31,

PCCs are not required to be submitted for the CSQ application. PCCs are required once you receive your CSQ and submit your application to for the Federal stage.

since you're in Ireland, your BIQ is Paris.

Thanks for your message. In application form provided by Paris Embassy, they have mentioned in following way regarding police clearance certificates.

If your application is received at the CIO on or after June 26, 2010, you are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, please note that if your application is placed into processing you must be ready to submit them to the visa office when requested.

Even in the checklist, they have mentioned about pcc. After submitting my initial application, if they ask me to submit pcc, do they give any specific time for submission?

It would be great if you could clear my doubts.

Thanks

CIO ? under which stream are you applying ?

Federal skilled worker ?
Quebec skilled worker ?
>>> if under quebec skilled worker, then are you applying for the CSQ or have you already recd it ?

Hi

Thanks for your revert

I just wanted to confirm one this that I have to send Generic Forms along with QSW Forms. Is it Right?

If I send Generic Forms than there should be one barcode will be genereting on bottom of the forms so while I have to submit at New Delhi Visa Office after getting Selection Certificate than I have to use the same forms which i was sent to BIQ HK.....?

If I have to send the same forms than at this time I have to take 2 no of prints of the same forms because one to send along with QSW at BIQ HK and one keep with me for sending along with documents to NEW DELHI VO while received selecation certificate from Quebec Selecation Certificate...

Is this right?

Please give me revert as soon as possible.

Also need to know that I have to send only Generic form or all the forms which is available and required forms to be send on the Citizen and Immigration Canada website

You can also send me revert on my personal mail id dipali.pandya89@gmail.com or amp_reck@yahoo.co.in
