Zygrun now i m really confused because some other friends are saying Hong Kong...but i alose think that on IMM008 it should be New Delhi... so i am going to fill New Delhi...

One more query on IMM008 in category.... did u fill as ECONOMIC or did U fill QSW in 'Other' column..??

I don't remember what I filled, I do know I follow the Guide by the letter so fill in whatever it says. For your other doubt, I don't understand why people missinterpret things, IMM 0008 is the application for PERMANENT RESIDENCE, not for CSQ hence you fill in the office where you're applying for PR, if the CIC office is in New Delhi, then it's New Delhi, it doesn't matter where is the BIQ office since you already should have your CSQ.

@Zygurn i read in one of ur reply to chikbiks that incomplete degrees dont count. here is my situation. i have completed my MBA on 30april 2010. i had a trimster system... so i cud only submit 3 mark sheets. for fourh trimester the result was declared so on a Dept letterhead i got my result which also states my degree gets over on 30 april 2010..waiting for 5th n 6 th trimester result and mark sheets. Do u think this will be of any hindrance or will i be given some time to submit my mark sheet as n wen i receive my mark sheet ??

Pls advice!
