Do you know of anyone getting their PR visa from the Ottawa office? We've been waiting since February of this year for passport request and I haven't heard back since then.

Unfortunately not. My visa is being processed in Mexico. But even in that office, things have slowed down a lot; other than me, I don't know of anybody who has received passport request in the last 2 months.
