hi , why is it that quebec skilled worker program is a takes longer than usual. I applied last july 2013 .aor received december 2013 and still waiting for further processing notice...

I filed about same time as you , July2013. I just checked out their web, they're processing Jan2013 case in Quebec. might be another 6 months. good luck
