But if he sent his application from any of listed countried, So his visa office will be London. In rare cases, They send to different offices

They will message you to pay RPRF if not asked previously or you havn't paid already.

Well regarding Background check they have no certain criteria. because mine Background Check is in progress since June 2017 and I havn't got MR.

I got my GCMS notes today. Nobody seems to have touched my file other than update the letters I sent. I think the next date at which they will see my file again will be in March 2018. I really don’t know what to do. I had thought they would have started criminality or finished eligibility.

They haven't started background check? What's your GCKey says about BackGround Check? Did you get any idea from GCMS that when was they last update in your file.

I don’t think anything has started. If they have, it’s still all ongoing. They last checked my file in Nov 2017. I am so disappointed. I hope that I get MR soon.
