I am single and I have 50 points as compared to their criteria of 49.

My question is: Why does Quebec has a totally different stream than rest of the provinces?

Further, why do they call undergraduate degree as undergraduate "Diploma".

If anyone can clarify.

Despite french language is not required to apply one has to know french to work/live in quebec

and french language score is not mandatory but asset to u to your survival in Quebec.
otherwise your life is in queue in Quebec.

but you should have either of the certificate IELTS or French language.

ielts-lis-5.5,red-5,sp-6,wr-5.5 ovl-5.5 ( but no french)
age-39 yrs 10 month as on oct/15
working exp.-more than 10 yrs as asst. accountant, account manager
education-masters in management
have fund- cad $13,000

can any senior advice me by analyses above information
