Quebec Skilled Worker for people not in area of training A,B or C?

Hi,

I'm new to Canada immigration and have some questions:

1. I understand QSW now required applicant with area of training A, B or C but is it temporary policy? Will it resume older fashion when there is no cutoff of area of training? Thanks.

2. I didn't see occupation requirement for FSW in the new policy coming out May. Is it true? I have US master degree and work in financial industry for 3 years. Just do a rough calculation and my score should be good enough but I remember I can't apply before because my occupation is not in the list.

3. My girlfriend live with me for more than 2 years. Can she apply as my partner?

1. QSW will start acceptng files aftr 31 march.. now thy r accptng files having area of training wht u said.. it is clearly mentioned on website that they will start after 31 march.
2. as per kenny,s announcement, all occupation will be included in this year. including a,b and o. they will announce clearly in jan.
3. dont knw about 3 rd point but as i read in website..there r some requirements like joint account from last 1 year.. and proof of stayng together..
