Yes, I think so. I got an email and then I logged on my account seeing the document under reviewing.
Finally I received my AOR Today, hope remaining steps goes faster for me

When I received the Portal email I received a PDF document with instructions on what to do, in the document it said my application has been approved.
I sent them my email and date of entry and 5hrs later I received the 2nd Portal email with login information and instruction to confirm my residence and to send them the photo they will use, my question is: where is the COPR in all of this? shouldn't I have received it before sending them the photo?
How long did you guys have to wait to hear back from them? A month until they open the file uploaded through the account?

Now mine also changed to reviewing.
Btw this evening i saw another ghost update in my account.
