sorry a typo in my previous post. I got AOR in 2021, not 2020. My application submitted in August 2020.

So guys finally I got an update today regarding my application, I can't find it online and still can't link, is this normal?
and they asked me to send the police form, do I mail it or send it online?
they also asked me to pay the 500$ permanent residence fee that I didn't pay at the beginning, do I pay it and that's it or do I send them the receipt? if I have to send them the receipt should I mail it to them or send it online?

Try linking your application using your passport + birth information
Make sure you write it the same way you sent your application. You can try five times then you're blocked for 24h
You won't mail but just upload any new document going forward. You will also be able to pay the fees online.
I am Aug2020 Inland Applicant with outland spouse. I got AOR on same date of yours 5 Oct 2021. They are reviewing my medical exam result which was done in 2015. No documents was asked, no new medical was asked. no update after AOR.
A decision will be taken in case all necessary documents have been verified and approved. Wait and relax, your Christmas gift might come soon.

There are many waiting for months after medicals … in September it was just 2 weeks after medical but now months. ……
Isn't it usually the decision made after medical? but also I understnad what you are talking about cuz I see the delay after VMF too.

For some after medicals its decision but from the report published , people are waiting for months after medical and pre arrival.
i am waiting for more than two months after medical passed , outland june 2020 applicant, no response after medical .
