NOC? Or is that for QC Skilled Workers category? I am old-PEQ-Student, no work experience required, so they don't check on NOCs with my category. And I thought Quebec would handle that.

I may be wrong, NOC may be important for Quebec and not for federal. The application selection at federal level may not be random as many of us think, there may be some criteria which makes those application little complex to process..

An outland person just got his PR lol. Posted 1 hr ago on FB. Outlands are starting to move, but slower than Inlands of course. I think more Outlands will receive their PR next year as the quota increases. This year Canada is Covid cautious so Outlands suffer. No excuses next year.

Hey guys, just wanted to share that I have given up on my QSW and applied for PR under EE CEC on July 25th, 2021, and I got my portal email on the 22nd of September, and my CoPR today. That process took less than 2 months. Yes, I still live in Quebec and yes my QSW application is still in progress. I am on the phone with them now to figure out the process of cancelling the QSW application. It’s insane that one pathway takes such a small amount of time, when people in Quebec have to suffer for 27 months. I wish you guys all the very best!

Here is my timeline:
EXPRESS ENTRY CEC (I have a QSW application processing at the same time)
Inland - Montréal, Québec
No Dependents
AOR - July 25th, 2021
Medicals (New) - August 24th, 2021
Biometrics (Old) - August 24th, 2021
Called IRCC - Sept 17th - Eligibility under review.
Ghost Update - September 17th, 2021
Ghost Update #2 - September 21st, 2021
PR Portal - September 22nd, 2021
PR Portal Credentials - September 22nd, 2021
CoPR - September 24th, 2021

No and No. I’ve lived in Canada since before I was 18, so they didn’t need a Police Certificate, thankfully lol
