Did they ask you about the background declaration form? Did you have to submit the whole thing again?
No, after the FN, Bio request and Med request, the process became going really fast and they didn't ask me about background or anything else.

I think with this speed ,most of dec 2020 will also get AOR by next week and PR before end of this year.

I think ur right. Inland Oct, Nov and Dec 2020 applicants might get Copr by end of this year and beg of 2022. I wish them all the best…
However outland applicants are doomed and shall wait the mercy of the officers to process their applications one day…
Am about to get into 33 months since IRCC received my file.

An outland person just got his PR lol. Posted 1 hr ago on FB. Outlands are starting to move, but slower than Inlands of course. I think more Outlands will receive their PR next year as the quota increases. This year Canada is Covid cautious so Outlands suffer. No excuses next year.

I hope you are right. I am early 2021. At this speed I can get my AOR in November/December and get my PR in early 2022, hopefully.

Lets hope for that.
However please be aware not all applicants from Aug/Sep/Oct 2020 received AoR. IRCC is picking random... probably single person, not-complex files are picked first.

May be that’s the case. Let’s hope they also get sooner. There may be some reason why these files were skipped. NOC, inland, recent travel, medical request needed, changes added after initial application etc.,

I really hope to get my AOR fast. Single, inland, medical (2018) and biometric (2020) passed, 0 travel history, IT NOC.
We will see :)

Can we do medicals and biometrics before they ask for it ?

NOC? Or is that for QC Skilled Workers category? I am old-PEQ-Student, no work experience required, so they don't check on NOCs with my category. And I thought Quebec would handle that.
