Why do you expect very few applications between those months?

Besides Arrima invite which are limited to vjo only and are in few hundreds, you shouldn't forget the speed at which csq are being churned out from peq program after online Arrima system became functional. With transitional measure applicants, I see the number of csq way above last year. By next year when new measure applications come in Vogue, number of PR applications may come down. Till then let's believe in magic and its powers.

I meant April and July 2020, because of the almost worldwide lockdown. If you remember last year we had the strictest lockdown when almont nobody was working and for sure it was very difficult to get documents from other countries for the same reason. Of course I may mistaken, but this is what I believe.
 
I got another ghost update yesterday and my ecas changed to decision made today.

Application submission date: Dec 2019
AOR: Feb 2021
Medical Request: 29th April 2021
Medical passed: May 5th 2021
Pre-arrival Letter: May 28th
Ghost update1: 28th May 2021 (for the pre-arrival letter I got another update)
Ghost update2: 4th June 2021
Ghost update 3: 28th June 2021
Ecas Decision made: 29th June 2021

Do you know how long it takes from decision made to CoPR?
Also do you know whether IRCC contacts only by email to make sure the applicant is in Canada or they might also call? I got 2 calls yesterday but couldn't answer them and I suspect they might be from IRCC.

Called again today to check the status on my file, the agent speaking today said the processing hasn’t started yet on it. I have noticed it’s a completely different answer every time depending on the agent.
