hi ! i'm new here an i'm waiting my PR since 2018. They asked me canadian criminal record twice because i apply as inland and i leave canada 2019 for personnal reason. I'm really stressed because i don't know if i will have this canadian visas one day.

I guess you changed your address so now you are not inland anymore. Right now IRCC doesn’t process outland candidates due to Covid restrictions.

How long you live in Canada and on what visa ? Usually they don't ask for the Canada police if you live in Canada as they can verify Canadian record by their own.

Lately, they are requesting so many people to submit the Canadian Police records. You need to go to a private company and the records need to be with your fingerprints.

I just realized that you said the file was sent to a local office - I'm guessing Montréal. In which case, is that normal for files to be sent to mtl after DM? I wonder if that's the case for mine too. I hear Montréal's office is slooowww. I walk by it everyday to get to work lol.

Yes i have already received my criminal record and i send it since January 2021.... i'm really done with this PR procedure.

Hi friends! I received my COPR today sooo happy!! It instructs me to send a photograph for getting the PR Card.

What about the permanent resident visa (stamp on the passport), can't find any instructions on that.

What about the permanent resident visa (stamp on the passport), can't fin any instructions on that.

Did you get your DM yet? Sometimes they switch to DM and CoPR at the same time. You might luck out since your work permit is about to expire?
