Is anyone having issues with the Quebec Skilled Worker Time Tracker? It just says "Loading", and nothing happens thereafter since yesterday!
I was refused my PGWP application but I somehow got a CSQ recently. I found out previous refusals do not generally affect future applications, but still I'm wondering if my part-time status in my master program can affect the decision if I apply for PR to CIC... Just to make sure, this fact should be on the question 6 on imm5669 right?

Seems like new MRs wont be issued to avoid putting stress on the hospitals all things considered. Let's hope they restart soon.

I think that my second entry has been deleted, since I can't find it anymore! I think we're all set here, haha. But if you wanted to check for yourself, my APP date was 2018-07-06. Thanks!

You can plan but the immigration officers are another story ...If you can postpone your travel do it! It's a real nightmare, no job security, total isolation and very difficult year to come.

Anyone applied in Canada with an address in another country (for generic imm0008 form) ? If it's the case, the last address in the background check and current status should be based in Canada right? I need to go back to Japan soon because of my visitor status.
