Btw, in 2020, Quebec's quota for skilled workers will increase roughly %10 due to the decision taken in the last year. This may decrease the average processing time around 2 months but I am not so hopeful.

Aman, you will get PPR pretty soon. Ideal wait time is 72 hours after you see DM in ECAS, but for me too it took 9 days to get PPR.

Meanwhile, get your photographs clicked as per these - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

Once your visa is stamped and ready to be picked up, only then your GC Key will be updated saying that a decision has been completed on your application and all the remaining processing time bar will vanish.

Finally, once you land in Montreal, your ECAS status will change to Complete, adding another line in its details (where you see dates about medical, processing started etc.) that you landed on this XYZ date at ABC airport as a Permanent Resident.

Hope this helps.[/QUOT

Tarun, Brother I got PPR today. Your golden words brought this golden email to me. Thanks Aman

Congrats. Wish you the best. Another quick one.

I hope these quick DMs are not for balancing extended average processing time.
Because if you give a DM to someone 10 months earlier than normal time, you can increase average processing time by 1 month for the other 9 people.

Yes your calculation is right. Also I have extensive travelling history may be this is one reason for picking up file early

Congrats!! May I know your timeline please!

I think there are some other things that we don't know.
The general opinion is that processing time takes more for the people who have an extensive travel history.
Anyway buddy, you just let it roll off, celebrate it well. Congrats again!
