Good for him, nice to hear that, well the Immigrantion office says every case is different from each other.
Did you ask him,how come his process was done so fast than others?
Actually he is in another group now bcz some reasons he left group
And from another group someone tell that he got PPR
My SO is from France and his file is still stuck in the queue and he hasn't heard anything in the past year and 3 months (15 months). I think it is just throwing sand into people's eyes and fooling them, for election / political purposes, and it is not really true, or if true, it is for temporary workers on open 2-year work permits, rather than CSQ/PR applicants.the new prime minister of Quebec went to France a few months ago and he said he'd like to have more immigrants from France and some other European countries. This is while he reduced the number of the immigrants to 40K this year. This is just so unfair when people who applied after you (6 months!!), get their PR and you're still waiting because of the country you were born in (Iran or other middle eastern countries). I'm happy for you and wish you best of luck. I'm just saying their policies are not fair

Did any one had a difficulty to update a address or in uploading document via web form recently ? I try 4 time in last 25-30 days to change my address but no luck - no acknowledgement so I don’t know what to do

IELTS certificate is NOT a required document as per CIC's checklist, no two thoughts on that. It's just that my consultant was having a casual chat with me while preparing my file about IELTS, to which I mentioned that I had again appeared recently and do have a valid certificate. To which we just decided to send that certificate along. It's never ever a mandatory document.
That's a good piece of news. Do you mind quoting the name of the WhatsApp group, since I am also part of a WhatsApp group, and just curious to know if there are other groups as well? Thanks.
