I sent my application to Nova Scotia, but I believe everybody does so. I live in the UK, so normally, my VO is London but I've read that it can be somewhere else. As I haven't received any messages since the AOR, I don't know yet.

The MR usually has the VO in conspicuously indicated somewhere on the letter.

Application Filed: 8th May 2017
AOR Received: 29th July 2017
MR Received: 16th October 2018

I think you don't have to wait long after you submit your MR.

Today I got "Application Updated" on cic.gc.ca portal but there is no change in any of the statuses. But the date submitted of my application is changed from May-2017 to August-2017. But still, the received date is the original date May-2017. Is that a positive or a negative trigger?

When you check your status on CIC, what is written under the eligibility? I have applied for the federal part 15 months ago, and ever since it's written we are reviewing whether you are eligible or not. I did my medical test in March and In august they asked me for my CV.

August 2017 is the time for officials to update your account information after AOR.

Hi Guys, I need to clarify regarding one point please. We got the CSQ yesterday for my wife and myself. Actually, my wife delivered in Montreal, August 2018 (she entered as a visitor), and the baby got Canadian passport. I still did not update the file since we came back recently. Shall I send them to update the file or not required since the baby is Canadian? Or shall I proceed with the federal submission and therein I add the baby?

Congratulations for CSQ.

I think you need to request MIDI for a csq for a kid which is fast enough. This means all person applying to Federal must have csq. This is as per my knowledge.
Can you share me your whatsapp number ? I am also November 2015 paper based applicant.
