It's called AOR(Acknowledgment of receipt), means IRCC has received your documents sent to Nova Scotia office and opened your file(it should be starting with EP*******).
Check your registered email and there should be an instruction on how to link your application. All the correspondings will be through the portal..

As I have sent my file to Sydney office on the 20th of November 2017
Received by AOR ON THE 7TH OF FEBRUARY 2018,
AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY UPDATE OR MR OR RPRF
IT WILL BE HELPFUL FOR ALL THR GUYS SAME AS MINE TO SHARE HIS TIMELINE

I am also a Quebec Skilled worker applicant. Are they still checking your travels, education, etc in the Federal stage or the CSQ is enough? thanks in advance!
Thank you for the help. I submitted my ATIP on-line request and I received the tracking no.. However, I did not have any information, where I should use this no! How long does it take to hear from them? thanks again

Why do not you try to call them you exceed the processing time ?

Hi, are you able to call IRCC? My file is with Delhi Office and whenever i call them(CIC canada) they say that since the file is with Delhi office they do not have any update and i went online and i can see only Delhi Office email. You guys have any number where i can call? Thanks in advance!
I have similar Timelines like you. MY medical was done in September 2017. Status 'In Process' and i filled the Web form since processing time of 17 months is over. No reply and No other Updates. Freaking crazy!
