A friend is filling federal form after CSQ and had been to Canada before hence he has UCI number, the issue at hand now is that he did not filled in the name of one of his brother who was apparently no around at the time of application for the CSQ, now that the CSQ has been approved can he still fill the brother ( now back) name in the federal form know fully well that UCI number will pop up all the previous information give, please advice.!!!!

No u dont need visa just explain the officer u have to change status in canada and he will show u a way take a u turn and come back to canada side.
Did.u already got ur passport back ?

Yes I did, it literally took them 2 days to return everything to me with the Visa and the COPR!!! It was super fast.

Have no idea.. its just something they sent everyone before DM, some people get same time with DM or some people get way before DM. For me its a good sign, I am happy that somebody is working on my file...

ECA is not relevant to the QSW program. Please refer to to the cic website for information concerning steps to obtaining CSQ from MIDI.
