Can some one mention all the processes involved in wuebec immigration. I need to apply

Just received notification to issue confirmation of permanent residency from my visa office. They asked for passport ,photos, updated PCC, updated schedule background check, rprf , proof of medical exam all within 30days to conclude my application.
Outland applicant, application received Feb 2017, AOR mar 2017 upfront medical dec 2017, visa office Dakar .

PS. I dont have DM yet although they have requested passport and accompanying docs This is just how my visa office operates.. next is to wait for them to imform me that my application has been approved and passport ready for pick up.

Dakar may be my visa office as well. I have seen several cases like yours. Is that just how Dakar operates, I mean asking everything at once.

Also how did you do your medical upfront in December with no request from Dakar?

Got my passport back , i wanted to know , can go to border anytime i want for PR ?

Because my freind EE , in Ontario , they have specific time for PR demands , is it same for quebec (lacolle border) ?

also what documents should i bring with me ?

remind of my timeline

application sent 28 november 2016

PPR 07 february 2018

Yes, you can go any time to Lacolle-St Bernard! But for your convenience you may want to pick a time when it is not busy (so not Friday afternoon/evening, Sunday afternoon/evening when all weekend travelers are lining up).

I am sure everyone here appreciates if you make the effort to understand the Quebec immigration system first by looking at the detailed information at Immgration Quebec webpage. Then if you have some specific questions, it is easier to answer. Everyone here knows it's a big job to get the application going, so it's not a 5-minute job to explain the whole system to someone if they didn't read about it beforehand.

Hi guys,

I am a new member here and like to get some information regarding QSW. How many points one needs to have to get ITA from QSW?

regards

As mentioned above, Quebec does not operate similar to Express Entry. I recommend to you as well to start from Immigration Quebec webpage to familiarize yourself with their immigration programs, and they even have an eligibility evaluation test there.

Passport with your current visas and permits, COPR, CSQ, bank statement (they will ask you about funds) should be enough since you are coming from inside Canada. Those landing from outside may need additional documents.
