I doubt. May be he forgot the date. It has to be sometime in mid-Oct as CIC is processing QSW applications by Application Submission dates and many people from mid to end Oct are still waiting.

Not sure if they really follow the app time tbh. I would hope I was wrong as my app is one day ahead of him. Even for AOR and MR I'm a day ahead of him according to the timeline he shared.
