Yeah it should be, but the last correspondence I got from them (automated email for rprf) about a month ago still came from Sydney...

Automated mails always come from Sydney CIO , i will suggest first scan if you have doubt regarding where to send hard copies of CSQ and raise a webform query...

Ok I didn’t know that! Good point to ask them first though. I could even do that if I ever manage to talk to someone on the phone........

No. This statement is based on my observations.

"80% applications" part we already know. Right?

"exceeds 13.49" is based on my observations. Last year QSW processing time fell from 13 months to 12 months. This year someone shared an opendata spreadsheet in this thread. That spreadsheet showed that QSW processing had fell down from 12.68ish (13 months after rounding off) to 12.42ish ( 12 months after rounding off) for a quarter last year and CIC website was showing 12 months as QSW processing time around same period. Based on this, I believe that QSW processing time will be shown as 13 months until average processing time of 80% applications does not exceed 13.49. Once it exceeds 13.49 , CIC will show it as 14 months.

Meditation courses, patience courses, punching bags with words : csq , work permit, visa,13months ...written on them.
