My vo was colombo. But for the visa stamping they told me the passport sent to Delhi.

Hey guys who ever sent passport to Ottawa, have you noticed the signatures of receiver? it says SCI SCHUITEBOER is what signed it. I want to know if this is the same company signing passport receives for everyone.

I googled it and looks like it is a company in Ottawa.

I got decision made yesterday, probably in the afternoon and received an email almost at midnight.
My timeline is
- office: Nova.sydney
-file accepted on 24th May 2016
-AOR: 6th Sep 2016
-MR: 27th Oct 2016 /done in a week
-DM: 6th Apr 2017 /PPR: same day but later
Finally almost done....

It seems that the JUN applicants will begin to to get the DM in recent days.

My package shows as delivered twice, yesterday and today, I called Canada Post and they told me it is very normal to see that with large volume mail receivers. They do delivery scan once the article reach the destination and then they do another scan once the article reach to the concerned office.

I was wondering if someone else seeing the package delivered twice?

Rama Khadka ji, you do not need to worry about it. how did you get you AOR if the email was wrong? any way once you send the IRCC form they do not confirm the receipt of it but they do work on it. if your application has linked to your GC account all correspondence from CIC will be in email, otherwise to your address in Kathmandu. if you have your file number and UCI number with you, you can change your address and email during the process of your application

I got got correspondence so I came to know my UCI no and linked with gckey. I haven't receive any email that is why I felt if my email is wrong so I called CIC and I came to know it was wrong email address so I send them ircc web form to change my email again unfortunately I have send wring email coz I have auto correction in my keypad. Again I called them to know if it is change or not it was change but again I have dine same mistake . and I again send them ircc firm to rechange my email but now they haven't change. I want to know can u change our email 2 times??? Worried

Hi Ramakhadka ji, as your address change you should inform CIC, it is not mentioned how many times u can do, so if it is changed many times you can do it. You can also log it to GC Account and there is an option to update your email address. you write the correct one and click Update, try this as well. Tapain le AOR chain kasari paunu bhayo, email ma ki post box ma?
