I want to think you will get news soon! This link says that it normally takes 3 months AFTER they receive the medical results before they contact you for the next part.. But then again, it would not be the first time they delay things... =/

Hello guys,

Sorry I havent updated for a while.
I got my PPR on Jan 11 but my lawyer overlooked it and only sent it to me 2 weeks later.
I do not need to change the VO as my country allows passport to be sent by courier. I sent my Passport to my lawyer last Thursday, he has received it today and will send it to Immigration tomorrow.

Does anyone have a statistics on how long it takes to get your passport back, how much we need in our bank account to be considered sufficent and if we need to go to Service Canada to get a new SIN?

I have applied for federal PR at the end of November 2016 - the file arrived in Sydney on 27 November 2016.

I still haven't heard back from CIC. Is it normal?

Hey guys i am new in this forum and i had spend a long time in the process to immigrate to Quebec as i moved a lot, but i have submitted my last papers on october 2016 for the Right of permanent residency and paid the fees and provided the medical records and security checks, i have checked online the application is in process.

any idea how much time will it take to review my application and how big is the chance that i get accepted or refused?(ps. my application is in the paris office)

My timeline is similar to yours with +/- 1 week difference. I am waiting for PPR as well.

Are you an inland applicant ?
