Hi! Same situation here with similar timeline. Where are you from? Some of us are wondering if people from visa-exempt countries will get CoPR directly without PPR.

means it is, (some) claim written on government's stamp paper under oath and in presence of government approved official and in turn stamped and approved by that official. i am no lawyer, but you can use this procedure to prove that both (contradictory) names on your Birth certificate and passport and your real name are all of same person.
you can also include your aliases (if you have any), for safety sake. but i would suggest that you try to match with your passport details.

Hi all
I got my csq 4 months ago and it is mentioned in the remarks "priority processing due to area of training
Want to confirm is this remark is mentioned in everybody's csq or it is there on mine only .


Also I am going to apply for federal in 2 days and i am keeping my spouse as non accompanying ..

so do i need to pay the visa fees for me only which is 550 $ or for my non accompanying spouse also

Also I am going to pay the fees by credit card .. so how much time the immigration office takes to claim the payment from my card because as per my bank if the immigration does not claim or charge my credit within a month then my transaction will be void .

so guys as per your exp after how much time your credit card was charged after making online payment ..

credit card is better option or bank draft for making payment .. please sugggest

I would like to share with you my good news. Finally, my ECAS is changed to Decision Made but no ppr email till now

I'm an inland application and here my details:
Application Received: 25 Nov 2015
AOR : 7 March 2016
Med's Request: 31 March 2015
Med's Done: 14 Avril 2015
Decision Made: 5 December 2015

I hope to get the ppr very soon

unfortunately i received back my application for permanent residency (federal) saying that my birth certificate was missing... the thing is that i did send my birth certificate so i dont know what exactly the problem was because they dont specify if there is a problem with the one that i sent...

can someone give me an idea why they say i did not send my birth certificate even though i did??

Sorry it happened to you. May I ask what stages you were in? (like have you been requested the medical exam and police check?)
My friend has been to something similar and he was with a lawyer, but he did ME and police check already so it was more simple in his case

Congrats. which visa office? Go ahead and search your physician around you and do the emedicals so it can be faster.

My status on ecas was also change recently to decision made.
I called cic today and they told me that it is just an automated message.
It means that an agent openned and made changes on my case (background check ....) , but it doesn't mean that a decision is made.
When a final decision is made, we should receive an email for PPR.

So I guess we should keep waiting
