Do you guys have any idea if one can apply for spouse work visa if PR is in process like mine is in process and my status will gonna change soon, I am on open PGWP. Any clue?

Always you can apply Spouse OPen WOrk permit.. until you have valid status in Canada. Spouse will also get WP same duration of husband.

Compliance fee for what? I am have employment under open work permit.And I am talking about work visa which means I am inviting my spouse without a job offer since I am on WP and worker visa.. Isnt that right?

You mentioned your PgWP will expire soon..right?

You will get WP for sure for your spouse..

I am just mentioning you that after pgwp expire situation..

Because I did the same after my PGWP.
I got closed WP in Quebec

sounds like the final decision is taken using a complex long running algorithm which is using windows 98 with Pentium 4 processor
