Finally i got the file federal number (after csq) today .
As you told me exactly after 90 working days .
Now i wanna know what is the next step and what is the
time frame .My country is Amman ,Jordan .

Congrats Helen. There is no timing formula for the next step and the next key milestone which is Medical exam. You need to keep track of the process under ecas.

Similar cases and profiles over here can give an indication however nothing is certain.

Dear Mgazi,
You and Stylove is my inspiration sometime my lasting will go intolerable.
When they will start processing Quebec files??
Many peoples 2014,2015,2016 applicant already settled in Canada and we are( Quebec Applicant) still waiting.
My patient is reducing it should be limit.
From June they totally stop processing Quebec Files. No MR nothing even some applicants file has crossed 12 months.
If they contact they replay same previous created email format it send to all, is this a service?

( I have lots, lots of frustration to tell you but some time when I see yours post and status then i feel I am not alone)

You will have to do at any of Quebec's port of entries. In fact, if you go through any other port of entry, you will have to prove that you are heading to Quebec and they will not process your PR.

From what I have seen, it would be better to land directly in Quebec rather than transit to it through another Canadian city.

I am working in Montreal right now, I got a new job opportunity in Montreal. I want to change the job.
only thing I am scared of will that new pay my work permit fees?
if they refuse to pay my WP Fees can I take the new opportunity?
can I ask federal to fasten my application?

good offer I don't want to lose it but I explain to the company that they have to pay work permit fees in order to work for them..
or can start work without that fees? (international mobility programme)
Only in Quebec we want to change the job the concern company has to pay the fees. I explain to them but they refusing t pay.

I have no idea what to do.. I told them my PR is under processing. My processing time passed I may get my PR anytime soon.

at the end I lost my new job opportunity.

my post graduate workpermit is expiring I dont know how Ic anr enew it if I can not get a closed work permit
my employer doesnt want to pay the fee

I have already passed 12 months. My application was received on Oct. 16, 2015.
NO PPR.
It is no use to call CIC. The agents who receive calls are not Visa Officers.
I know a friend whose application has passed 14 months and still no PPR.

From my point of view you may receive the COPR (confirmation of Permanent Residence) with its expiration date as well so before that particular date you have to cross the border. I hope this can help.
