Guys I have a very critical case. I applied for Federal sicne 7 may more than 5 months now and up till date I have not received any AOR or documents retured. Can anyone guess what the matter is. My VO is Daker- Senegal but application was sent to Sydney NS.

I also have been incontact with them through the webform and this is what I got as a reply

" Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Please note that your application was received. If at any point during the processing of your application the responsible office requires further documentation, they may contact you.
Sincerely,"

Has anyone in this forum found his/herself in my situation? your ideas and proposals are welcomed :'( :'(

I received my AoR today...My application was received on June 13th, 2016.

Life is funny, I received this good news just when I was starting to get frustrated of the length of time.

Question. What next?

I'm looking at your timeline and I know it's a case by case basis. But, am I correct, your file was transferred in March and you are still waiting for a medical request? Does it normally take 7+ months for the medical request after file transfer?

Well my case manager said that normally it won't take much longer, but since I am ADVO, it is normal since they don't process the applications that fast.
Counting from the date I got the AOR, in two days I will complete 8 months. I hope that within the next weeks I can have some good news to share

Is it true that they won`t issue any visa until the the end of 2016 because they have already reached the limit number of 2016?

Yes 100% r8, new cap will announce in Nov 1, then the file will move, I think.

The waiting is really frustrating..

You mean that from the beginning of Nov 2016 they will start again? or they announce it for Jan 2017 and later?

I have submitted my pcc along with my application. Now i visa office asked me to pay rprf. But with that they asked to provide pcc but in the end its written" if not submitted".. do i need to provide pcc again ?

I have a similar timeline: but I submitted in early January.
I did link it successfully. Think you can use your bank account's login name and password... how come it doesn't work for you? (i am not good at figuring out the reasons behind such technical issues)
And, no, no news so far after RPRF in July. Am also not very sure what will be the next step (a request for passport and recent photos? but I come from visa-exempt country...)

Also, we're 3 in the application but we have a Canadian son, we included his picture as is requested, so I don;'t know if in the question about family members is 3 or 4, I tried both

I am assuming you are trying to link your application. If this is the case, make sure you select one for the family members.
