hi, I received my CSQ this week and ready to apply federal.
In checklist from cic, imm5690e, it is showing to send medical and police check with the file while applying. and all are mentioning to wait for file number from cic and wait for request for medical and police check. can someone help me? thanks.

Hi Josh99,

It is mentioned nowhere to provide the Medical in the check list: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5690e.pdf

Some applicants prefer to sent it upfront, some others, like I did, would prefer to wait for the request of CIC to provide it.
Note: Medical certificates for applicants who pass a medical examination in or outside Canada are valid for twelve months ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/medic/assess/valid.asp)

In my opinion i think you have to apply under Family sponsorship program for your spouse. Or your spouse have to apply for CSQ as primary applicant.

There is bug in website. At last stage when they asked you number of applicant you have to put by default 1 ,
I applied with my spouse, I tried 2 even 3, it didn't work. I got this information from other thread.
You can try 1, hopefully it will work.
