Hi kattel & hussain12015

If you are running the project yourselves, Please do not forget to check your junk mail all the time.
I wish you will hear good news very soon

I have some good news to share:

I just received RPRF request and request for additional doc (PCC from my place of origin) this morning!
Here is my timeline:
Category........: QSW
Visa Office......: Sydney NS
App. Filed.......: 04-01-2016
App. Received..: 07-01-2016
Doc's Request.: 21-07-2016 (PCC + RPRF)
Nomination.....: CSQ December 2015
AOR Received.: 17-03-2016
Med's Request: 30-06-2016
Med's Done....: 04-07-2016 (submitted on 14-07-2016)
Interview........: WAIVED
Passport Req..: pending
VISA ISSUED...: pending
LANDED..........: pending

I have 2 questions though:

(1) Should I simply pay the RPRF online and then it'll be fine? Do I need to print the receipt or anything and then send it to CIC Centralized Intake Office? (Strangely, the link they sent me for instruction to make the payment points to the location of Argentina (I am not from there, nor have I ever visited Argentina).

(2) For the police clearance certificate, I need to get fingerprints at a "law enforcement authority" (legal representative or private agency are not accepted by the police government of my country). I went to the local police station near where I lived and was advised to make an appointment at SPVM at 1441 Rue St.-Urbain. I called and then they told me I could simply walk in for just the fingerprints. But it's expensive: 60CAD. I wonder if there is any cheaper way of getting them?

Hey, man, are you currently living in Montreal?
Yes, the price for fingerprint is around 50$, I got the PCC for 50$.

hi5
i will be lagging a bit from you from now on as for my country i can only apply for PCC after i got the letter from CIC...

after u paid the RPRF, what did u do? do u print it and send it to CIC intake office or upload a pdf via Case Specific Enquiry?

may I ask when did u file the application?

quebec Aor= 20 dec 2011, int to reject =7 dec 2015, Csq issued = 6 july 2016 . cSq CURRENTLY IN TRANSIT. I KEPT ALL FORMS , PHOTOS AND PCC READY.

WHETHER PAYING BOTH 550$ PROCESSING FEE AND RPRF 490$ AT THE START OF APPLICATION IS GOOD OPTION.
WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE BY ICICI INTERNATIONAL VISA DEBIT CARD OR ONLY BY CREDIT CARD?

Had you sent a PCC when you submitted the application?
I wonder why they would ask for a PCC at this step.
Thanks.

I could not send along the PCC with my application. I am from Hong Kong: HK Police Force requires an official letter from Immigration/Consular Office as a prerequisite for obtaining the PCC (and they will only send it directly to the Immigration/Consular office themselves). CIC's website suggests that for countries or places of origin that share similar situation, the PCC will not be required in the beginning but applicants should wait for CIC letter when the time comes.
