Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Dear All Seniors & Experts,

I am in big crisis, would really appreciate if you kindly relief me from that.

Does anybody know whether traffic violation is a criminal offense & equivalent to Canadian criminal law? I had been issued a ticket before for speeding in USA & fined but no presence was required at court. In my FBI clearance also, there is no criminal record mentioned.

But my tension is whether that will affect my federal application as criminally inadmissible to Canada? Because I have not declared it on my Background Declaration form.

Can anybody please help me out on this please.

I think you have to email thème explaining tour situation and ask thème if you can resnd this application, it might takes time for answring you , you call them as well, good luck

Its ok if you use anothere residence just you need to fill the documents with that adress and provide the documentation they are asking.

All the processes for permanent residence start on Sydney Canada and then they send the documents to the nearest office so it will not be faster, it depends on the number of applications they have, but it starts on Sydney Canada not Sydney Australia

Will I am Jordanian and I live in Saudi Arabia & as for my timeline:
I got my CSQ in May 2015
I applied in July 2015
And I received my AOR in Septembre 2015.

Nothing ever since but a response on an enquiry my lawyer sent to inform IRCC on the renewal of my passport in May 2016 and their response was

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We have received your supporting documents and have attached them to your application.
If further information is needed, the responsible office may contact you.
Sincerely,

and that was the last time I heard from them.

As per my case manager in most cases, I can receive a request to undergo medical examinations about 6-8 months following the issuance of the AOR. the visa office can request additional documents, if necessary within this frame of time.

in your case you completed 10 months counting from September 2015 I hope you will hear good news in the incoming days.

Your visa office, it could be mentioned in the CSQ, just double check it

I am waiting too for the medical request since Feb 2016 I hope things will go fine

the Titulaire Copy you keep it safe.

Am Back after attending interview in federal stage . i attended interview in sydney(Australia) as everyone i was shocked why they choose me for interview only while millions files going throw CSQ And on interview i got that answer it was

Visa officer: we called you for interview because we are getting Quebec skilled worker file after one year and that is one Indian .

she asked me questions like

why you choose quebec

tell me some attractions of quebec

whats is famous city of quebec

why your husband not going with you

i said he want to finish his study here in Australia

will he never join you in canada

i said he will after finishing study

why you dont try to settle here

I said we applied for Canada before come to Australia

than work experience she asked me questions regarding my job duties (Nursing)

and after she kept my work experience and funds papers

as i found she is not really happy from my work experience letter and relationship with my husband. to finishing conversation she told me we Let you know if your application approve you will be called for medical exam . and i told her i already send my medical with my file (upfront ) she dis point me again to saying why you took upfront its totally waste of money if we refuse your file .
and good luck i got letter for my husbands medical request. it means she happy with my interview .
that my experience let see in future hope for best

Hi, I am also applying from Australia. I felt very strange about the interview.

1. On what basis they will refuse your application, if they want.

2. Why should we prove our expericence and other documents with them since we already got CSQ

I am not sure whether they want to scare you or just want to verify something.

Finally, after 3 years, 5 months and 18 days (CSQ and Federal Stage), I finally got my passport back with permanent resident visa. Visa office: Manila. The federal stage took me 6 months, 19 days overall.

Congratulations! I am still waiting after I submitted a letter of explanation a month ago. It's been 10 months since I received my CSQ.
