New Delhi Visa Office issues medical request currently to Family Class Applicants ......I think they will clear back log of Family Class and then take up Quebec Skill Worker cases......I guess.....

I have one question regarding to the last step of the PR processing, for who applied within Canada they got Only confirmation document and for who applied outside Canada they got visa for landing with the confirmation document? Is that right or both got visa whatever the applying within or outside Canada?? please advice

Hi Mariam,

Being within Canada or within another country does not make a difference between getting a Passport Request (PPR), or getting a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR). What makes the difference is whether or not your original country of residence (the one of your passport) is Visa Exempt. i.e. Do you need a visa to come to Canada? If yes, then you will receive a request to send your passport to the visa office. If no, then you will receive a Confirmation of your PR approval, which will be processed upon entering Canada. The PPR is simply the Visa office stamping your passport with a temporary visa to enter Canada, at which time they will issue you with an actual (real) PR.

Hope this helps. I am no expert, but I believe this is their process.

Yes you can apply even though it has already expired ... however if you need your IELTS to get at least the minimum score to be accepted by Quebec i recommend you to do it again...

Hi Vinc360, sory for not responding earlier, I don't check this forum often.
I paid the RPRF and sent some additional documents a couple of days after the email reminder.

As of today, I still didn't recieve any additional corspondence and no medical request yet.

Did you receive anything new ?

please check with your medical center if they had transmitted it . you can ask for the transmittal.
