when you check the correspondance for MED, you will find your office, some time it is sydeny not ottawa.
Exactly. It's confusing to me that Sydney is my VO. I thought they receive the applications only.

Does anybody who already reached in Canada can advice about the normal time frame of Permanent Residence after CSQ, applied from India to Nova Scotia and V.O.is at New Delhi ?

By the Grace of God, I had received PPR email today, 31 May 2016.

It might be that they entered your name incorrectly in the system or different country of birth if it changed its name. For instance Russia and USSR.
It has to do with some incorrect infomation, I think.

I wish anyone can help me, because i'm a bit confused here, i keep on hearing expressions like AOR but i've no idea what's this, meanwhile my situation is a bit different:

I Applied for immigration to Quebec on December 2011 from Egypt, got my CSQ on April 2016, and i applied for Federal on May 2016 from Dubai (i moved to Dubai on 2015)

My questions are as following:

- When am i expected to get a feedback (Average Time) and what's this feedback will be? is it medical request?
-What's AOR??
-Can i do the medical now or just wait for them to ask?
- What's the step after the medical? I just need to know sequence and timing.
- Wll Egypt processing time or UAE processing time apply in my case?

Appreciate if anyone can help!

Hi SWG

You can get news a month up to 6 months (Not the same processing time for everyone it is always according to your Visa office (VO)
you will be getting your AOR then you will receive a request to undergo medical examinations about 6-8 months following the AOR.

After the medicals, it will takes another 2-6 months to receive the request for passports for visa issuance. It can take up to 6 weeks for passports to be returned to you after they have been sent for visa stamping.

AOR: stands for Acknowledgment Of Receipt = meaning your application was received = it is the Email or letter you will receive after submitting your Federal Application. Usually you will get some ID called Unique Client Identifier (UCI) / case number that will help you follow the process of your application online you will hear about it in the forum as (ECAS)= Electronic Client Application Status

Regards,
