Any idea, how long it takes for Ecas to update after receiving Confirmation of Permanent Residency?

Hey guys. Just received the MR request. I took an appointment for next Thursday. Is that too far? I mean how long does it take the lab to send the report to CIC? Thanks

Congrats for MR. If u don't have any option of taking an appointment somewhere else then it's fine. It will take 2-3 weeks to come on Ecas once it is received by cic. What's ur timeline by the way?

Thanks. I didn't check other options, but this lab is very close. Shall I consider other labs and see, or this time frame is usual to make the exam? I'm not concerned when to appear, but rather when to be submitted by the lab, since it says I just have 30 days from today. I will update my time line on my profile. Timeline

Application received July 31st, 2015.
AOR sent on Non 25th, 2015.

If u r in Montreal then u have many labs here u can try calling them ask for the closest date and normally they take less than a week to forward the results so don't worry about 30 days limit. Good luck

Wow. That was fast. Why do you need the initials? Does it make a difference? If you know something about some initials, let me know :D

No mine is different. Yours seems like a nice person. Where did you do your MR, and how far was the appointment from the day you took it? It looks like 6 days from your timeline, doesn't it?

Yes 6 days. I did mine in the lab on Côte des neiges. Are u afraid of mentioning the initials? :p

Not afraid, but I think it's irrelevant ;D. Your file seems to go fast. I wonder why!!

Hi everyone,

I applied for federal on 23 March and have not recieved AOR yet. I am a little worried because my friend sent the application with me which is almost identical the same day and he recieved the AOR on 27 April. Both are inland application PEQ. Any ideas?
