Hi everyone,

Here is my timeline

Received CSQ on 24 Nov 15
Submitted for federal on 19 Dec 15.
They received on 23rd Dec (sent by DHL).
Received email from Canada centralized-Intake Office: 10 Feb 16.

They provide me UCI and Application number. However, I cannot check my application status online. Anybody can tell me when I can check my application status? and what's next step that I should expect? AOR from Visa Office? (mine is Singapore)

It takes few days, may be after 3-4 days u will be able to check ur application status online.
And yes next is ur visa office will inform you that they have received ur application.

Guys I had my PCC request yesterday. They also asked for my renewed passport (copy only)


Please check my timeline, it has been 7 months since they received my application at NS. The thing is that only 20 days ago, I only had a file number, and for some reason, in less than 3 weeks, all I have left is PPR. Unless I am missing something?

Has anybody else experienced this kind of processing? When can I expect to get my PPR?

You will expect Passport request by Apr / May.. if you don't delay sending PCCs + new passport copy..

You mentioned that you got file number only 20 days ago,, this should be in your AOR that you received back in Sep 2015, confusing .
you mean to say:: you got medical 20 days ago

I got Pccs and RPRF request 3 weeks after Medical ... check my timeline

Congrats!! Yes it is your AOR.. this email should state that your application is complete / eligible and put in process.. right?

You might not receive another email from your VO unless they request additional docs like medical , pccs and finally your passport.

As for my case, all communications received were from CIO in Sydney , only passport request from CPC Ottawa.

My application is inland application which reached the cic Sydney at 2015/07/27.
Medical request at 2016/01/30
Clinic sent my medical to e-system at 2016/02/08 and two days later I got my RPRF.

I am from visa exempt country so what next step will be ? how long should I wait?

Thank you for your answer Luc. My PCC and copy of new PP has already been received at the VO. I meant to say earlier that 20 days ago all I had was AOR. And within 20 days the asked for MR, RPRF, and PCC. No time to breath.

While initially applying for CSQ, did you provide information of your secondary and higher secondary level education other than bachelors?
Those who provided, did the Quebec authority verifies those secondary and higher secondary certificates from board?

Thank you for your answer Luc. My PCC and copy of new PP has already been received at the VO. I meant to say earlier that 20 days ago all I had was AOR. And within 20 days the asked for MR, RPRF, and PCC. No time to breath.

Police clearance certificates if not submitted upfront with your application,,, then wait for the final decision / confirmation so you can do the landing either at the border or by appointment at CIC office in your area. you should expect a confirmation by May / june ..
