Hey Guyss ..
As an update, I received today a message that my visa is stamped on my passport ;D :D ;)
So that took ONLY 2 days (although they told me in the VOC that the Visa needs 4 weeks to be ready) .. I delivered my passport to the VOC 2 days ago, and after 2 days it was ready.
I am waiting the mail to deliver my passport with my visa stamped to my house within these couple days ;D :D ;)
I'm DONE .. the BEST of LUCK for EVERYONE.

PEACE

CONGRATULATION Thunderbird11
Best wishes for you

Dear all friends !!!

I've received AOR from CIO, in the letter states that:

Your application has now been placed into processing

I see some others letters from forums stating that:
Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing

What is the only difference between these statements?

Experts know, please share!!!

Have a good weekend!!

@ThunderBird11

The journey is finally over hurray

Hi Ken2011 , to begin with congratulations to you . I cannot answer your question but i can say that you just moved one step ahead in your journey to receive PR. I am not sure if you can answer this because i dont know your NOC. For regulated professions , the comparitive evaluation should be done before applying for quebec or can be done after receiving CSQ also ? I am pretty confused as i got different understanding from diff websites.

Please replay any one have got CSQ even received "Intention de Reject" Email asking tax document.
Please replay,

This is what i got from the quebec website.

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/forms/search-category/forms-permanents-workers.html

It talks about this evalutation. So i am confused and worried.
