Hello All,

Timeline:
Nov 03 - Application submitted ( Based on CSQ - Pilot Program - Inland )
Jan 13 – Received Acknowledgment of Receipt (AoR), biometric request, and a request for additional documents.
Jan 23 – Completed biometrics and submitted the requested documents.
Feb 07 – Medicals passed (I did my medical exam for work permit two years ago). Also received the pre-arrival letter.
Feb 07 – The status for additional documents changed to "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided."
Feb 09 – Noticed a ghost update on the portal; the "Medical Passed" entry disappeared from "Review of medical results" section.
Feb 18 – Medical passed (again, comeback)
Feb 18 – P1 Request
Feb 19 – P2 Request

Now I’m waiting for the E-COPR! ( How much time will took for this stage )

My Question: I see on my GCKey account that the following statuses are still active:

Eligibility: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."
Additional Documents: "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided." (Last updated on Feb 7)
Final Decision: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made." (Last updated on Feb 18)

Is this normal?

Hi everyone,

I recently received a request from IRCC to submit an updated Schedule A (IMM 5669) form, but I’m facing a few issues. Here’s the exact response I got:

Schedule A: Please provide an updated and newly completed Schedule A. Please do not leave any gaps in time.
https://cicintranet.ci.gc.ca/connexion/tools-outils/form/documents/pdf/imm5669enu.pdf

Please provide information regarding the following Address History Gap. Please ensure you do not leave any gaps in time: 2024/12 - 2025/02.
Please ensure that each section of Schedule A is updated.

However, I have encountered three problems:

1. Broken Link: The link provided in the email doesn’t work, so I couldn’t download the form directly from the official source. I found a version elsewhere, but I’m not sure if it’s the correct one.

2. Missing Spouse Information: The version I downloaded only includes my personal details, while the previous version I submitted had sections for both me and my spouse.

3. Limited Work History Space: The form I have doesn’t have enough space to list my full work history for the past ten years.

Has anyone experienced this before? Should I contact IRCC for a new link, or is there another official source to download the correct version? Also, how should I handle the limited space issue—should I attach an extra document?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We used the IMM5669 downloaded from IRCC website and created a word document with a table of the address history and wrote in the table on the form "see attached table". We also wrote a brief explanation of the changes below the table on the word doc.

Hi
It has been more than 15 months since I received the pre arrival services letter and I am still waiting to receive the medical letter.
I am frustrated to wait for this long time. My life is in a dilemma. I don't know what to do now and how much I have to still wait.
I have submitted many webforms and I receive the same template answers everytime thaty application is still in progress
Any idea?
Have you tried the webform to ask them for an update? I paid the biometric fees, and they only sent me the instruction letter when I asked them why it was taking more than one month to receive it.
