All,
This is my first time posting here but this forum has been of immense benefit to me so I thought to share my timeline as well, while I await the next updates.

2nd email: Awaiting
eCoPR: Awaiting

To close,I have two questions:
I am using an Immigration Representative so I do not have a real-time access to my application status. What is the most efficient way of tracking my application status myself? For some reason, CAS doesn't work for me. Also, if I use the online account option and link it to my application, my Immigration Rep loses their access.

Secondly, is there anyone with the same federal timeline as mine? Kindly share your next updates.

Thank you!

I have similar timeline as yours (Quebec PEQ, with spouse), but slower:

PR Portal Application Sumitted: 2023/08/21
AOR and biometrics: 2023/08/28
No updates since then.

I also use a representative, so cannot check the application status. I also cannot find my application on CAS. Some people say that CAS only has info on applications by paper, so I guess there is no way to directly track it..

Hello,

I believe you are responding to my previous message. The only solution I have found is to call IRCC at 1-(888) 242-2100. I assume you are in Canada since you applied via PEQ.

When you call, you need to ask specific questions. Otherwise, they will inform you that your application is progressing as expected and well within the current processing time, which is true.

In my case, I inquired about the status of my background check. Specifically, I asked if they have completed the criminality, information sharing, and security checks. By posing specific questions like these, you can obtain concrete information regarding the status of your application.

I hope this information is helpful.

Hi Everyone, I have a few confusions about the federal application filling. Please help. Thank you in advance.

1. I did work from Home for one of the companies situated in a different state so in the federal application under personal history for this work should I need to mention my home address or the company's address? If I give the company’s address it contradicts my address history

2. I did a part-time study last year while staying at home, and I never went to college except for writing exams. What should I need to mention in the address field for this study under the education section of form IMM5669? Is it my home address or college address (situated in a different city)

3. My place of birth is different in my Birth Certificate and passport. Should I need to correct my passport before applying for federal or will a letter of explanation work? Note: For the CSQ I applied with these documents without any corrections.

Hello Guys,
I am in a strange situation and need your advice:

1. initially, I received CSQ on November 9, 2021, based on an AI piolet program without accompanying my spouse as was having marriage issues
2. I divorced in 2022 and applied for the IRRCC PR in June 2023 with a valid CSQ.
3. Now I got married again while my IRCC application is still in process with AOR received, medical passed and fingerprint updated.
4. I want to bring my wife with me or at least want to include her name in the PR application.
5. I was in Canada on a work permit from 2021 to 2022 but now I am out of Canada, can I also apply for IMP+? How can I obtain a MIFI invitation letter for IMP+?

Can you help and give idea of what are the best options for me without delaying my PR application much or able to move to Quebec?
