I think this is applicable only if you have been notified that your card was mailed but was not received.
I called the immigration office because I was in the same situation, and the officer wrote my address wrong and sent it again.
Within six weeks of the call, I received a card.

On October 14, 2022, the IRCC requested Medical exams, Police Certificate, and two other documents (IMM 5669 and IMM 5406). On October 26, 2022, they informed us that we passed the medical exam.
This might be a good sign for outlands , I hope you get pass request soon .

I have a question please, excuse me if it sounds trivial :D, when I receive my COPR, can I land in Canada with it along with my valid passport without a visa?, because I noticed many people here are waiting for their PR cards, so I thought it is essential now to be able to enter Canada. Thank you in advance

If you are from a visa-exempt country and have a valid COPR, you can enter Canada.
If you are from a visa-required country, a permanent resident visa will automatically be issued in your passport along with COPR for your travel to Canada.

You don`t need to do that. All the instructions (what needs to be submitted) will be there in COPR letter. They will ask for the passport while they issue you with COPR. They will affix the visa , if its required (depends upon your passport).

Congrats! Next step, if no more documents are required, you will receive the Portal-1 email. And once you get it, generally speaking, the eCoPR will arrive soon.

Hello everyone!

I have a confusing situation that I hope you folks can help me untangle.

Here is what happened
  • On Dec 6th, I received a 1st email that my PR has been approved - responded right away with a note that I will be travelling for 2 weeks in december
  • On Dec 14th, I received an email that New Case was Created Under my Account and that I can log in using my current login credentials
  • On Dec 17th, I received a 2nd notice that my PR has been approved requesting that I need to respond (with the same info provided in my 1st email) - I responded today, as soon as I was in Canada again, with last entrance to Canada date updated accordingly.
Now if I log in the PR portal (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en) with my credentials, I do not see the Permanent Residence Confirmation tab - only tabs with PR applications and PR card applications.

What should be really happening here? Do I wait for new credentials that will be created for me separately? For another email about me to be able see PR Confirmation tab? Something else?

Thanks!
