If the baby was born in Canada then this does not matter much. For us I sent the birth cert via the webform and it took them like 7 weeks to answer, by that time we accidently got the CoPR as well. If you are outland then this does not help.

- have received an IMP+ letter of invitation from Quebec’s Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI)

I donot understand what is letter of invitation
Also I am inside canada as a visitor record holder
So I am trying in the ircc withard to try to apply selecting outside Canada
But every time it asked for quebec invitation
If I can apply, I ll leave canada and apply from outside

I think letter of invitation is before CSQ when you receive the invitation from Arrima portal.

My application still shows as "Submitted", in other words they haven't even opened it.
I have seen from people that applied to it this year that It's taken one month from the moment of application until getting the CSQ.
You can check in other members signatures and other threads within the QC forum (this one is after obtaining the CSQ).
Regarding the new announcement for IMP+ program;
When I start an application from my online account, there is no option to choose IMP+ program.
Question : What type of work permit do you want to apply for?
My Answer : A work permit for provincial nominee certificate holder
When I give the above answer, it asks Employment Contract & Provincial Nominee Program Certificate (PNC) from me in the next step to upload.
