one of my friend has sent her application to sidney NS. after receiving her CSQ. Because she haven't received her File-Num yet (Delay...) she sent an email to paris visa office(as usuall paris is the visa office for my country). and they replied that her visa office is OTTAWA. is it normal?

You would have to do do "Flag Pole" at US/Canada border. Even if you do not have a US visa, they will just give u an entry refusal letter and let you flag pole. Its a pretty standard process. Let me know if you need details

It is always preferable to be upfront and open about information regarding yourself. So since you already have an AOR, I would recommend you to re-send this particular form, highlighting this additional information. Do not forget to attach an explanation letter.

Also, don't worry about your refusal since getting a TRV refusal has no effect on your PR application unless it is due to security or medical concerns.

Thanks for the good wishes. No idea what could cause the delay, to be honest. But it seems you are still whithin the average times. If the delay continues in the future, it just occurs to me, I have heard from some people that call CIC. CIC has some sort of call center that take phone calls. Really do not know how effective that can be.

Congrats! I applied one week after you, but got medicals one week before yours. Still no DM, and biting my nails from now onward
May I ask you when did you get the RPRF, if you didn't pay it upfront?

I ordered my GCMS note last month and it shows:
Eligibility: passed
Criminality: passed
Medical: passed
Security: not started
As for RPRF, i got a reminder email at the end of June, so i paid it right away.
