Does anyone the exact address where we send our passport for CoPR? The address we send is CPC – Ottawa – PR, PO Box 9780, Ottawa ON K1G 4B9 but it doesn't show an exact location on google maps. I am planning to visit the office to get my passport back as I need it to fly out of country. Any suggestions/tips are appreciated.

Shouldn't processing time change to 15 months at this rate?! I don't get how some November and December applications got their DMs but the majority of Oct/Nov are still stalled...

Kindly note that PCC required for the person aged 18 years and above,so you need to apply the PCC for you and your spouse from/in India.

Guys Need help...I am an Inland applicant (VO OTTAWA) ,I have submitted my application on 27th October 2016, its been more than 14 months and still waiting for PR. CIC web site shows processing time as 14 months. Submitted web form no reply yet. Last GCSS notes shows Eligibility recommended pass, Security : Not started, Criminality: In-progress. As the processing time has crossed what is the best way to contact? Can we do anything other than waiting for a communication from CIC?
