I'm sooooooo excited, in the middle of the night, I got an email from CIC.... and I opened ECAS and MyCIC....

ECAS: Decision Made
MyCIC: Invitation to Pre-arrival services

I cannot express enough how surprised I was, because I'm in the states, I have to send my fingerprints to RCMP via 3rd party, hence the CIC only received my RCMP report on Dec 22 by email. The actual RCMP is still on the way and scheduled to be delivered TOMORROW!

I already told myself millions times that nothing would happen till 2018, but wow, it did happen!

Can anyone one tell me, if i change my current mailing address to outside Canada, means any other Country(in my home country).. Dose it change my VO and does it affect on the processing time..... Do any one have any idea about it........

Passport sent same day (22nd) , vi expresspost, but didn't arrive till today (probably late because of severe weather , and holidays)

Before Dec 2016 it was 12 months, changed to 13 and now 14 months...

I think you can't enquire about the visa office to which your application has been assigned until you get the MR, because Medical Request sent by the respective visa office.
So I would suggest you to kindly wait till the MR to get the details of your Visa office.

Check your ecas and CIC account in 1-2 weeks, they both should indicate that the medical tests have been passed. After that you have to wait a few months for RPRF (if you hadn't paid it upfront), then a couple of months for DM (or additional documents request if applicable).
