Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Hello guys,

I got my CSQ and now applied for the federal visa.
In the federal application form i have mentioned my current job but recently i have got a job offer from another company. what should I do? should I let them know that i am changing my work ?

Dear Karen,

At what stage are you at?

If you are waiting for medical and passport request thus there is no need for you to inform them of the change in job.

Usually before CSQ it is the last update that you would need to do to your file before requesting medical due to these reasons:

1) Change in family situation
a) additional members in your file " example:- New born baby"
b) separation with spouse
c) got married
2) Change of location "meaning country"
3) Change of Job of any member in the application.

all these will be reflected to your medical requirement and police clearance.

I have got the Quebec Selection certificate in November. Now preparing the documents to send to CIC for the federal visa so no ppt or medical requests yet.

Currently I am employed but I am thinking to change my job next year. SO kinda confused what to do.
And also another question , what should i write in the Schedule A—Background/Declaration [IMM 5669] in the personal history part, the TILL box for my current job ??? should i write CURRENT or just put 2015 DEC ?

Dear Karen,

Depends when you are sending your document.
If it is before you change job thus put your current job not your future job.

Got married on march 2014
My son born on April 2015
Got intention to reject and update status email in august 2015 and replied them with necessary docs and told them that I am married but don't want to accompany my wife and son with me at present @nd send the my marriagecerti along with my son birthcertificate with
So I received only my csq in Nov 2015

Now I am preparing to apply for federal
Will there be any problem from federal ?
I am a registered nurse and I was afraid that if I applied in family for csq I would be lacking points so I applied single

You can apply for the federal only for yourself. because u have the QSC only for you.
but in the application form put all the details of your family. even if they are not accompanying you

If they accompany or not going to come along with you does not make any difference as you will have to provide all the details of your family member.

The only difference is you have to specify that your wife & son is not coming along with you as such she will not be able to immigrate with you.

You will have to apply for them later date if you want them to join which would take longer.

Actually it would have been faster to update your file when you got intent to reject.

In general you can do it in your home country at an authorized clinic / panel physicians (in case you got your Medical Req before notifying CIC of the change of address) BUT check with CIC to be on the safe side.
