Thanks All...I will update you on the landing process soon, I plan to land in June for my birthday . But first I want to say goodbye to friends and take in the beaches in my country.

In 8 April , 2017, my ecas changed to in process outside. Today, third line added they started processing my file 19 April 2017

What is the difference between in process from outside and adding new line with different date to start processing

I paid the fee through online mode and send the receipt through email as well on dated 10/01/2017

1. I did the RPRF payment online on 2017.02.17 and used the link below:

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

chose the PR application and Quebec skilled worker, then input the Applicant Information and attached the receipt PDF documents.

2. On Mar. 9, I received an email from Question-DoNotReply-NePasRepondre@cic.gc.ca, which wrote:

Dear client,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We are pleased to confirm the reception of your document. We have forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration.

If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

· Download application forms and guides
· Change of address
· Check your application status
· Help Centre

Receipt Number (IMM 5401) should be in this format: B000000000.

Hi. No need to do that since your application was sent in paper format. The electronic signature is designed for the online applications like the study permit... yes the plateforme is the same for different applications types.

I found information from CIC website,I passed medical exam but I didn't receive RPRF request, So how can I know which office process my application??? Note that prior to December 31, 2015, processing times for many of our services were displayed by visa office. This was useful when applications for permanent or temporary residence were always processed by the nearest visa office. However, we now have the ability to move applications around our global network to ensure they are processed as efficiently as possible. This means applications may not be processed at the office closest to where the applicant lives. As a result, only overall processing information is now being reported.
